May you please advise us on the payment method? Do we need to using Fran's credit card that was originally provided to us? If so, would it be possible for you to call into our Billing Help Desk at the information seen below and reference Ticket # 1161968? Or, we could email you a credit/debit Payment Authorization Form which can be completed by you and submitted back to us. Please note that we also accept payments through PAD.

- We have added your email address into Fran's Versapay profile and sent you the invoice notification emails for the first 3 invoices that were billed to her. The invoices are also attached here for your reference.
- May you please confirm if we should also be emailing invoices to fderkson@gmail.com<mailto:fderkson@gmail.com> and schrierstudio@gmail.com,<mailto:schrierstudio@gmail.com,> or should you be the only person receiving invoices?
- May you please confirm the payment method that is going to be used to pay these invoices and for autopay moving forward? When the initial paperwork was completed and sent to our office, we received the information for Fran's Visa credit card but it came back as declined when we tried to enter it into Versapay.
