Hi All!

We are engaging in a project to gather insights from our highest-tier
clients. We are asking every Client Success Manager (CSM) to help us
achieve this goal by briefly interviewing their top 2 highest utilizer
clients.



   -

   *Criteria: * Clients that are on service for 60+ hours/week and 4+ weeks
   duration VIP Client List

   -

   *Conducting Survey:*  CSM will attempt to contact top 2 clients who meet
   above criteria beginning 5/6.  Goal is to at least reach 1 of your 2
   clients!

   *Data Entry:*  Google Form

   will be utilized by the CSM to complete the interview questions.

   *Completion Date:*  Google form will need to be completed by CSM’s no
   later than 5/13


Action Items:

   1. Review the VIP client list and determine the top 2 clients per CSM
   for your sites.
   2. Prepare any questions regarding the above points for the GM meeting
   on Monday, May 6th.

Dates to Remember:

   - May 6th: GM call to address questions.
   - May 13th: Completion of Google Form by all CSMs with client-provided
   answers.
