Hello Recruitment Leaders and Regional Directors, Attached is the final performance for November. I highlighted some Recruiters who are either: 1. Under their milestone 2. Did not grow by 2 and are under 10 3. Please make sure that we are performance managing our underperformers to get back on track. Additionally, I have had conversation with several of you who are experiencing softer demand. With that said, please partner with your Division Heads and Regional Directors to expand your recruiters territory to where there is high demand. James Buscemi and James Patchett did this with a Recruiter in Del Rey helping out to recruit in SW FL and the results are outstanding.
