I am pleased to provide another update on our Client Success Manager Pulse Survey Platform, as well as an exciting update for expanding this survey program to all of our clients. First - we continue to see *perfect 10s across the board for every single CSM Pulse Survey received*! This is by far the strongest performing area of our entire client feedback program, and continues to showcase our exemplary CSM team. We have yet to receive a single CSM Pulse Survey response with a score lower than 10. I am extremely grateful as I was overwhelmed with my moms home situation and health change. Kristal was reassuring that help was available and soon. When Kristal and Neli arrived that day I saw and believed we would be ok. Thank you!! In addition Kristal has been available and helpful as I determine my changing needs with mom.
