Bee and I are excited for our upcoming weekly CSM- Open Office Hours, beginning January 20, designed to provide flexible, optional support for our CSM's and any GMs who would like to attend too! We will hold these every Tuesday at 11am PST/2pm EST and Wednesday at 2pm EST/5pm EST. Attendance is completely optional and intended as a drop-in resource for real-time support and collaboration. If you do not see the times on your calendar,please reach out and we will add you to it. Office Hours can be used for: - Day-to-day CSM questions or case support. - Reviewing or navigating Tableau dashboards - Follow-up questions from the Monthly Operations Toolkit - Guidance and discussion related to our new TheKey Excellence Rounds As a reminder, TheKey Excellence Rounds is a structured, interdisciplinary forum designed to elevate care quality, improve stability, and support clients, families, and caregivers navigating complex clinical, behavioral, or relational situations in the home.
