Please be sure that you are *adding a non-billable, non-payable shift for yourself on client schedules* when you are conducting any CG Intros or On-Site Visits for new clients. If you have any questions about how to add yourself to the schedule, please reach out to me directly and I can walk you through it. The steps are also included in the Medallia Playbook here . We have had a very low volume of surveys go out for CSM Pulse, and no responses since they have gone live. Please also make sure that each client has a primary contact listed in Wellsky with an active email address on the "contacts" tab, to ensure our survey is received.
