Amelia would like to have skilled nursing added to our services in Chicago. I know we previously had this but had to relinquish it as we did not clients on this service when it was time for survey. I am not sure how true this is as this was relayed to me through Jennifer Piper. I do think it would be beneficial to bring this back and if agreeable, I can set up a call with Amelia and Amanda Fults. Secondly, I think it would be an added benefit for Amelia to shadow a strong GM to see how the day to day runs. I would like her to go to Atlanta and shadow Lauren Hardy. I normally wouldn=E2=80=99t suggest someone outsi= de of the region, but in this case I feel it is necessary. Lauren herself had growth potential so I think it could benefit both. Lauren has per diem nurses so it would give Amelia an idea of what that would look like in Chicago, she runs a great pipeline and they both came from senior living so Lauren can discuss with her how she effectively made the transition. Let me know your thoughts.
