Feeling much better today. Vancouver has achieved 91% market share for the main category (home care) = in the last 30 days. We added the additional ad groups (senior care, aged c= are, caregivers) last week and expect an increase in click volume. Based o= n historical data for the HCA Vancouver account, Surrey was an area that ha= d a unique campaign and generated close to 30% of the clicks in home care f= or that office so we are now in the process of creating unique campaigns fo= r Surrey. This should hopefully have a significant impact on click volume. = Please see attached Vancouver market share in the last 30 days. Overall, click volume for the account has increased by 86% in the last 30 d= ays compared to the previous. We went from appx 400 to 900 clicks. We are = slowly ramping up and currently at roughly 1 conversion per day. We are aim= ing to get to 2-3 conversions per day by the end of November which will put= us roughly at 90 or so leads per month. By the end of December, we should = be on the trajectory to do 4-5 leads per day. We are purely relying on goog= le ads and the main metrics we have in our control are how much of the impr= ession share we are getting and how often our ads are showing up as number = 1 for the main keywords. Post 90 days, we will open it to competitor brand= cannibalization, remarketing and YouTube Ads to increase the click volume = by 4 folds but if we do it too fast, we risk getting junk conversions/leads= . If we can get to 50-60 clicks per day for each campaign, we will be in a ve= ry healthy position but to get there, it will need at least another 3-4 wee= ks. While the impressions are there, we will need double digit CTRs to get = the number of clicks. I know and understand the sense of urgency, but I pr= omise you that this is the most durable way of doing it. BTW, do you have an infomercial video we can use for YouTube ads?
