We currently have eight candidates ready for orientation this coming Thursday, all for the Vancouver area. Regarding the Sea to Sky posting, we have not received any responses so far. As a next step, my strategy will be to recruit registered caregivers who drive and live in the Greater Vancouver area, provided they are willing to commute to the Sea to Sky region. I have already reached out to schools to inform them that we are looking for registered caregivers with a valid driver=E2=80=99s license who are ope= n to commuting to the Sea to Sky area, and to ask for their support in sharing this opportunity. We are also participating in a job fair this week=E2=80=94tomorrow, in fact= . Please see below for our weekly update on the caregiver pipeline.
