Since the needs are now limited to just three residents requiring only a few minutes of care each, it is financially impossible for us to staff the site without incurring a loss until other care needs arise. I truly wanted to help get this solution in place for you before your vacation tomorrow, and I'm disappointed we couldn't make the numbers work this time.
