They provide home visits for free medication management, blood pressure, injections, topical meds, compression stocking application eye drop admin, and phone reminders etc when a client uses their pharmacy. THey are able to recommend our home care services on the spot and are interested in an exclusive partnership. They are currently able to cover all of Surrey to Abbotsford and may expand beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for us as 25 - 30% of their clients would financially qualify for our services. While they would be happy, they say, with us just doing a reciprocal referral business, I think that tying them to us in a more formal manner would be advantageous. What are the things I need to know to make this type of agreement? What steps do I need to take?
