To that end, here's a snapshot of the legacy SAP accounts I currently maintain, as well as NON-SAP relationships based in the Greater Chicago area: *SAP:* 1. Briar Hall Family Office 2. Compass Financial Partners 3. The Northern Trust (Primary) 4. North Shore Geriatric Care Management (In-discussions with Claudia on this) 5. Springbird Care Management (Could go to Nil, business temporarily shuttered due to an ongoing family matter) 6. Feiger Family Office 7. Morgan Stanley Lake Forest *NON-SAP GREATER CHICAGO ACCOUNTS (As per my new role, accounts with potential to scale nationally)* 1. Mercer Advisors 2. Curi Capital 3. Fox Family Office Exchange 4. Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Board of Directors): Established a newly created "carve-out" account to form a partnership agreement akin to our Stanford Hospital Partnership. 5. Scott Viscomi Personal Network: My commitment to Chris and Kevin included retaining my board seats on Estate Planning Councils, Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, and the Presidency (3-Year Term) for Illinois Continuity of Care Lake East Chapter. These affiliations will continue to yield T1/T2 opportunities. I will identify a few more in the near future. I look forward to being a steady hand the team can rely on if needed, including providing on-the-ground support for critical meetings, events, etc. *TOP CHICAGOLAND GROWTH PRIORITY:* In my view, the pending agreement with Westminster Place Presbyterian Homes i s strategically most important at this moment. I am and will be very involved in that deal throughout the process. Claudia and I meet weekly to review progress toward our goals, and that plan will continue. Last night, we reviewed our new partnership in the MDV region with "The Virginian," a Cogir managed property that Arwa and Kevin initiated to tremendous success (!$1M in revenue - just take a quick look at the Metrics in SF... very encouraging. Having learned what they achieved, I strongly believe we can model our operation around what they've created. We have the opportunity to replicate this deal, and we now have pricing, metrics, and best practices to use as benchmarks. To that end, I briefed Diane on this opportunity last night. As partnerships lead, once we align on this, I want to initiate an MDV-CHI office operations kick-off conversation. We must ensure this new office-to-office relationship can be utilized effectively to speed up our GTM once we ratify the operating agreement. Please let me know if you have any questions. As I've said, I will remain committed to this region's success regardless of my primary role. Sincerely, V
