There has been a large uptick in missing profiles from the last data pull. We are looking to have all outstanding C-P-E profiles updated by close of business on* Friday October 25th. * As a Reminder: - A complete C-P-E profile is required for all new clients. - Profiles must be updated at time of reassessment. - For changes in condition/updates to the care plan.
