Attached is your January package as a preview for your review. The package includes two primary tabs: * Tab 1: Department P&L pulled from Planful * Tab 2: Expense detail by resource and category from Coupa This package will serve as the foundation for our monthly financial review discussions. Our objective is to ensure leaders have clear visibility into their financial performance, while reinforcing accountability for managing departmental budgets. Our team is here to support you through collaboration and partnership, but each leader is ultimately responsible for understanding, managing, and delivering their financial results in alignment with their approved budget. Monthly MOR Process * The MOR financial package will be distributed during the 3rd week of each month. * Review meetings with Chris and Gerri will take place during the 4th week of each month throughout FY2026. During these meetings, each leader should come prepared to: * Explain any material variances to budget (MTD and YTD). * Share action plans to manage or reduce spend in future months if necessary to ensure YTD actuals remain aligned with budget. * Discuss any known risks, unexpected expenses, or anticipated financial impacts, along with mitigation or management plans. These sessions are intended to be constructive working discussions-providing a forum to review performance, address risks early, and ensure alignment on actions needed to achieve financial targets. Meeting Scheduling We will coordinate with Natalie Graham to begin scheduling sessions in March for the February financial review. * Meetings will be held Wednesday and Thursday during the 4th week of each month, likely between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. * Scheduling will primarily be based on Chris and Gerri's availability. * We ask that leaders remain flexible and make every effort to accommodate the scheduled time or coordinate directly with Natalie if conflicts arise. Planful Access & Self-Service Reporting All department leaders will have access to Planful (Access EXPIRES every 30 days - Please ensure you are logging in regularly).
