Clear the Go Forward Bill Rate field 2. Clear the Effective Date field 3. Update Send Letter to None 4. Change Rate Increase to No 5. Add a reason in the Comments field 6. Click Save and Submit for Approval Important Note: There were 170 records that pulled as duplicates, most showing that these rate increases were going to be manually handled.
