Hi everyone, I am not 100% sure where we left off. I believe we have determined we want new local area code CallRail numbers for each office (Montreal, Calgary, Ontario, Vancouver, Winnipeg) and we want any calls coming in on those numbers to ring to the specific office's IVR, correct? Thanks, Mark Warner

Thanks all,
For some of our collateral, like the 2026 Calendars, we aren't planning on doing that at a local level which is why we were hoping to get a CA number. We will simply not include a phone number in this but they can find it when they visit the website.
Best,
Emma

Thanks Phil,
I would prefer we use local numbers as well.

Hi all,
From my understanding, there is a broader request from Chris Gerard that all collateral should be using local #s that we can track versus one overarching collateral #.
Looping in Emma and Tim to weigh in on their preference for Canadian print collateral.
Thanks, Phil

If it helps, we can include users across time zones in a single group to answer these calls.

Hi All,
I want to raise a potential issue regarding the proposed national toll-free number for Canadian collateral.
A single national toll-free number could pose significant operational challenges, as the Canadian market does not have the same centralized intake infrastructure as the United States. If someone calls this number, we need to clarify who will answer it. We only employ one RIM person for all of Canada.
Since each market covers a different time zone and utilizes different on-call staff, having one person (or team) answer the phone, for instance, in Toronto, will not effectively serve a business in Vancouver, which is three time zones away.
For the Canadian markets, local phone numbers would provide a more effective and reliable client experience.
Regards,
Chuck

A toll free number would be ideal. Let me know if there's anything you need from us to complete the request.
Thank you!

We need to make sure that this is not a web pool and set to offline - otherwise it will conflict with the call masking. The easiest way is to make sure the forward to ring # is unique.

Hi Katy,
There is a single-point Canada National line that works similar to the US Natl Line (4280) you described. We would need to create new CallRail number and point it at that line. Will you need a regular number or toll free number?
Phil,
I assume we use the same basic settings/approach as we did for Chuck's number. With that, do you see any Marketing issues with establishing a number for this added function?
Thanks,
Mark Warner
