First Step =E2=80=93 to =E2=80=9Ccontinue=E2=80=9D the existing com= panies to the federal jurisdiction a. All entities being amalgamated must share the same home jurisdiction in order to amalgamate. * i. **11/4/25: Tammi to send documents to Tim to sign and she will return them to Teio.* 2. Second Step =E2=80=93 Approve the amalgamation by Corporations Cana= da. 3. In November, obtain the necessary governmental approvals for the continuation. 4. Early December, we will continue all of the corporations under the federal jurisdiction and prepare the authorizing resolutions to amalgamate the corporations. 5. Each =E2=80=9Ccontinuing=E2=80=9D entity will adopt a new name in t= he federal jurisdiction and will bear the new name until the amalgamation is effective. (That is, for a period of time these entities will have the new names until the amalgamation is completed) a. Our attorney is trying to reserve names in the federal jurisdiction that matches the current names. b. It appears that all entities=E2=80=99 names are available *except* f= or 2004437 Alberta Ltd. Alberta Ltd. will have a new name upon continuation to federal jurisdiction. i. Tammi will update the group with Alberta Ltd.=E2=80=99s temporary name c. *On December 22 or 23,* Tim will need to sign a statutory declaration in the presence of a lawyer or a notary public.
