Frank confirmed o= n 11/11/25 that he=E2=80=99ll be able to insure TheKey Care Ltd with the exce= ption of Quebec. Pascal will need to insure Quebec for liability and property. Confirming on 11/13/25. o Frank is supplying letter confirming insurance to VCH by 11/13/25 o 11/11 Requested Pascal to supply letter confirming insurance by 11/13/2= 5 =C2=B7 Response to VCH vetting process is almost complete. Only the financials are pending. Nina and Tim should have the package to review by 11/13/25. Goal: Send to VCH by 11/14/25. =C2=B7 CNESST. @Timothy Thomas any update? =C2=B7 12/22 or 12/23/25. Tim to be available to have amalgamation documents notarized. First Step =E2=80=93 to =E2=80=9Ccontinue=E2=80=9D the existing com= panies to the federal jurisdiction a. All entities being amalgamated must share the same home jurisdiction in order to amalgamate. * i. **11/4/25: Tammi to send documents to Tim to sign and she will return them to Teio.* 2. Second Step =E2=80=93 Approve the amalgamation by Corporations Cana= da. 3. In November, obtain the necessary governmental approvals for the continuation. 4. Early December, we will continue all of the corporations under the federal jurisdiction and prepare the authorizing resolutions to amalgamate the corporations. 5. Eac
