This slight delay is necessary to support a limitation with Salesforce. The system is currently unable to auto-assign the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to the email immediately after a form is submitted. To ensure a smooth transition, we have a temporary process in place: 1. The General Manager (GM) will remain the initial owner of the CEA. 2. The Quality team will manually update the CSM's name. 3. This action will then trigger the new email that auto-assigns the correct CSM. This is a temporary solution while our team works on a long-term fix.
