I had to leave the Milwaukee pipeline call before the meeting ended due to the intake lines being busy. As I mentioned during the call I have an operations background and have been in a similar understaffed situation. These are some of the ideas I think could help recruit CGs: 1) Connect with schools/institutes that have relevant programs.such as a healthcare. 2) Present our services at these schools and take applications for students to complete on the spot 3) Hold meetings with guidance counselors and offer to partner with them on recruitment efforts. 4) Offer sign on bonuses for CGs to join our team. Bonus paid out incrementally 5) Create job flyers and place them in schools, gyms and local library bulletin boards. Even grocery stores. I hope these ideas help.
