But reviewing their request it needs to be the following. *Per the ministry template , the first paragraph must be replaced with the following: * - WE, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., TORONTO BRANCH, ATTN: STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT UNIT, SUITE 4500, TD BANK TOWER, 66 WELLINGTON STREET WEST, TORON= TO, ONTARIO M5K 1 E7, CANADA (EITHER "WE" OR THE "BANK") HEREBY ISSUE TO AND= IN YOUR FAVOUR OUR IRREVOCABLE STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT* FOR THE ACCOUNT OF ARYA HEALTHY LIVING INC.* 375 UNIVERSITY AVENUE EAST, UNIT 104, WATERLOO, ONTARIO, N2K 3M7 (THE "CUSTOMER") FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED = CAD 25,000.00 (CANADIAN TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS) IN LAWFUL MONEY OF CANADA. I think the best thing to do is request the letter from our bank as Ontario requested. I will let them know that the letter has been requested from our bank with the language they are requesting and it will take a few weeks for us to receive it.
