As part of our continued focus on growth, conversion, and stronger pipeline management, we are launching a Closed Lead Re-Engagement Campaign designed to reconnect with previously closed prospects and better track outreach performance across the organization. This initiative allows us to reintroduce TheKey to families whose needs may have changed while we build a longer-term lead nurturing strategy. Key Highlights: - 16,510 qualified leads identified from our 62K nurture database - Dual-team approach: Intake + Field Team Approach - *Begins TODAY, March 2nd!!* Much like the quarterly winback campaign, we will see these as tasks in Salesforce. The GM for each site will see 50 clients/week assigned to them as a task in Salesforce. *Action Items:* - GMs will assign the 50 prospects/week to the appropriate CSM's in Salesforce - Review and share the SOP- Lead Outbound Nurturing with team members completing this campaign. - Teams complete outreach and documentation according to SOP- Lead Outbound Nurturing Additional guidance and performance tracking details will follow as we monitor outcomes and refine the process for our long term lead nurture strategy.
