The detailed data by office with a summary at the Regional level is attached. - YTD, about 6% of AX have been rescheduled. - Of those rescheduled, about 14% happened within 10 minutes, which I assume was the LHA making a change. - The remaining 86% occurred after 10 mins, which likely indicates it was rescheduled at the local level.
