There should be no increases offered to employees that are off-cycle (this includes spot bonuses, market increases or merit increases) that have not been discussed and approved by Greg and myself first. I do know I have had conversations with a couple of you in the past several weeks on some specific employees. If any of your pending requests are relative to those specific conversations, reach out to me to let me know. Otherwise, these will not be approved without proper process. I will expect any new requests that show up in workday will have been discussed with myself and Greg prior to being submitted.
