If something like this happens again in the future where you do not see your name in the Marketer Credit field on an Opportunity you earned, you can simply 'Request Marketer Credit' directly in Salesforce to clean up the credit issue (this is a feature the HCLs use that is now available to GMs!). That will expedite the process for you! Click on the drop down arrow in the top right corner of the Opportunity and select 'Request Marketer Credit': [image: image.png] I hope this helps!
