But I wanted to share the data with you so that you have it handy as we look to address some of the issues that is weighin on the sites. But first, the punchline. We are on an unprecedented growth trajectory that this company has never seen. If we anchor to the week of 7/14, we are currently on a 16.4% annualize growth rate! When you dig deeper, 29 of our sites are on an annual growth rate of 53.5%! Tier 1 revenue is on an annualized growth rate of 18.2% and Tier 1 and Tier 2 revenue is on an annualized growth rate of 18%! Our areas of immediate opportunity is around the 27 sites that currently have a negative annualized growth rate of -26.8% (slides 8-9). As I discussed with each of you, this is where I plan to spend the bulk of my time digging in to see what we need to do to changes these from negative to positive. I would like each of you to challenge yourselves on things we can do to get them on track. If we are able to impact these sites while maintaining momentum in our growing sites, that would be transformational. You've all worked very hard to get to where we are today and we are on the verge of being able to, for the first time, be leading a growth company vs a turn-around company.
