I'm sorry I missed her on my visit yesterday. Our team is working hard to find a match that mom is satisfied with. Nancy is stellar and we feel a newly assigned caregiver be oriented by her considering she understands moms nuances. With that being said, I always review the care plan with newly assigned PSWs and ensure to make a visit on their first day. In order to make this a success and apart from from we know already (someone with experience and training in dementia/stroke/behaviours and one who is strong -willed, proactive, warm and attentive) if we can know any other deal breakers when it comes to staffing please share so we can guarantee a level of satisfaction with mom.
