This SOP walks you through scheduling an Assessment directly from the *Opportunity* or *Assessment record *using the new scheduling modal. *The process will go live Thursday night.* While this primarily impacts the LHA team, we wanted to ensure Field Ops and Sales are aware as some assessments are still being scheduled by field team members. If you have any questions, please reach out to myself, @Audra Williams or @Cristal Munoz . GMs and RDBDs: Please cascade this information down to your CSMs and HCLs. *What's changing?* The Service Address is required for all assessment types, & the Assessment Address is required if* In-person* or* Fast Start *is selected. *Where can the assessment information be entered?* From the Opportunity Stage (recommended) or from the Assessment Record *Scheduling the AX at the Opportunity Level (Recommended)* When scheduling an assessment at the opportunity level, you must enter the Service Address & Assessment Address Information. This is important in case the service address and assessment location are different.
