Organizational Structure & Roles - CM General Manager Background and Role of GM Roy Merath is a MSW; Hired in Dec 2021 as a care manager after Stowell acquisition in Oct 2021. Stowell had been operating for nearly 40 years with a strong care management presence, along with home care services. After acquisition TK separated the home care and care management operations. This transition led to significant staff turnover, including the departure of several care managers and then the GM was let go.
