Key Benefits This feature saves you time and keeps you informed: - Get Context Fast: Quickly understand everything happening with an account. - One-Click Summary: Create a new summary with a single click. - Easy Navigation: The summary includes clickable links that take you directly to the related records, like opportunities or contacts. - Always Up-to-Date: The summary automatically refreshes itself when new activity, like a Task, Event (meeting), or Chatter Post, is added to the account. - Smart Analysis: The summary provides useful analysis, such as conversion rates and relationship status, and is tailored based on whether the acco= unt is a Referral Account or a Client Account. How to Use the AI Summary 1. Generating a New Summary You can generate a summary manually right from the Account record page: 1. Go to any Account Record Page in Salesforce. 2. Look for the actions menu (usually at the top). 3. Click the "Generate AI Summary" button. 2. Confirmation - A quick message will pop up to let you know the process has started. - The summary will appear on the account record in about 10 to 20 seconds. 3. Reading the Summary The summary is easy to read and is broken down into organized sections with bullet points. - Review the Analysis: Look for key takeaways, relationship status, and next steps the AI suggests. - Click the Links: If the summary mentions an Opportunity or Contact, click the embedded link to go right to that record. - Check the Date: Every summary has a timestamp and a note saying it was AI-Generated, so you always know how fresh the information is. How the AI Gets its Information The AI doesn't just guess; it analyzes a wide range of real data from the account to build its summary: - Sales Activity: It looks at the most recent Opportunities and related Leads. - Contact Information: It includes details from the Contacts linked to the account. - Engagement: It reviews the most recent Tasks, Events (meetings), Emails, and Chatter posts. - Client Specifics: If it's a Client Account, it also looks at recent Assessments.
