For some, this will be a great refresher; for others, it will be much-needed reinforcement; and for many, it=E2=80=99s simply valuable knowl= edge to strengthen confidence and consistency. The themes and tactics covered in the course are also great refreshers for making suggestions and overcoming objections during the assessment. Bee and I both completed the training start to finish, and it took approximately one hour to complete. We intentionally wanted to roll this out to *you* first so you have time to go through it, ask questions, and feel fully prepared before it is cascaded to CSMs on 2/16. *Key details:* - Training is now live in the learning portal - Estimated completion time: ~1 hour - CSM rollout: 2/16 - Completion deadline for all: *3/1* We=E2=80=99re really excited about the impact this will have on intake qual= ity, confidence, and consistency across our teams.
