Actions This week The event tomorrow at Feinberg Pavilion is the Alzheimer's Association Symposium. Reconnect with partners who are also in attendance. Looking for 6 referrals in the fourth quarter. Weekly Deep Dive - Identified three clients needing more hours. Identified six existing clients for Lifeguard installation. One client increased hours this week from 134 to 148. Lost Opportunities: Identified three follow-up actions to inquire about satisfaction with the agency they chose. GCM in office meetings to re-establish our partnership. This week Charlotte Bishop met with the Ops and Sales teams. Rhonda Guzman will be in the office on November 18. These meetings should generate 6 referrals in the fourth quarter. Projected Revenue: Up $265,000 8 Assessments this week=E2=80=94expect 5 to start within 2 weeks and 1 at t= he end of the month. 3 Opportunities from October should start this month. Controllable deactivation occurred due to cost; the client found it private. We will follow-up next week to inquire about satisfaction.
