The rate went from $33.61 to $34.03 - I am only changing the match as it does not affect the ones who pay extra, they will just pay less out of pocket effective Oct 1. I also have one question, in recent months we constantly get a pop up that day that we are scheduling shifts outside of the authorization hours - even if we uncheck this in the authorization it still comes up, it did not used to come up. Can someone kindly address this and fix it, please? It makes errors from time to time as you think you have saved the shift and it didn't save and it only pops up for CDHC clients. Am I understanding that there will no longer be authorizations in WellSky?
