Please see the attached weekly VA metrics for the Week of 03/20/2026, viewed from a Billing and Accounts Receivable perspective, as well as the Year-to-Date (YTD) VA statistics (Excel sheet provided). *Credentialing update:* This week, we connected with the VA and learned that there are currently no openings for unskilled, skilled, or home care roles at any location. We will continue to follow up bi-weekly for updates, and I will work on adding a slide to make this information easier to share. In our past experiences, we've found that building a relationship with the VA helps speed up the credentialing process. We're hopeful that since they are transitioning to a new KPI model, we will be able to get credentialed more easily. The *VA Credentialing Spreadsheet* includes a tab labeled *Full NPI List* t= o help users identify the correct NPIs in a more user-friendly format. This should help eliminate any confusion surrounding NPIs. *Link Located Here. * We=E2=80=99ve also included a quick *FAQ guide* in the attached PowerPoint = to address common questions and guide you on how best to get updates for VA credentialing, authorizations, and other related topics. As always, our team is committed to maintaining a strong, transparent, and collaborative relationship. We=E2=80=99ve built tools like the credentialin= g tracker and weekly metrics to provide real-time visibility, and we=E2=80=99= re always happy to provide additional support where needed. Please let me know if you have any questions. --=20 Thank you,
