Could you explain why an opportunity for a client with no previous billable hours displays as an Existing Client? For Chicago Opportunity, Clarke Caywood the type field is populated with "Existing Client" rather than "New Client". The type field is not editable so I am assuming it is populated when the lead is entered. I noticed Mr. Caywood has a closed lost opportunity from October of 2024 that displays "New Client" in the type field. Kevin Regan has the same scenario: a closed lost opportunity with a new opportunity that displays Existing Client. Since there was no previous start of care, should these second opportunities be populated with New Client rather than Existing Client?
