Because this occurred across multiple locations, it has caused a significant financial impact, and the company requires the overpayment to be returned. We understand this is difficult news, especially as many of you have likely already utilized these funds. To help manage the recovery of the overpayment, please let me know your preference for the deduction: - Would you prefer a single lump-sum deduction? - Would you prefer to spread the amount over multiple payments?
