This client is to be set up for direct billing to Green Shield insurance for direct payment. As I have mentioned to other members of the billing department (this is now the fourth email I have received about this client), we need to get set up with a provider number to facilitate this. Given the fact that it is the New Year, their call volume is exceptionally high and they recommended calling back later in the week to lessen wait times. The client is entitled to a total of $5K/annum for our services. This is in the notes section of her profile. To answer your questions: 1. Green Shield will be paying TheKey directly (up to a maximum of $5K CAD per annum) 2. The entitlement information is on the client's file 3. I am in the process of ascertaining specific details of how to bill directly will share this information as soon as possible. This is the first time we have worked with this insurance provider.
