November: - 25 assessments completed. - 9 SOCs from assessments. - 1 Anticipated to start next week. - 5 Anticipated to start in December I meet with each CSM at the start of the day and again with the group at the end of the day to review pipeline. The goal is to get assessments converted as quickly as possible. We are currently pushing to convert 12 opportunities with completed assessments. - 4 - The client is resistant to care, but the family is working with us to push for a start - 5 - Will start in December. - 3 - Family is discussing direction they want to go.
