We covered a lot of exciting stories of success getting meetings in various accounts using the techniques we've been talking about over the last few weeks. The success is mounting in this group and it makes me proud. We also did a quick review of in-service topics and an easy format to manage an effective, multi contact meeting. Finally, we opened up the focus to Geriatric Care Managers and began talking about where we find them and how we meet and qualify them. Below I've included a link to the ALCA presentation that we got from their President, Steve Barlam. It gives us the keys to how we can provide value to their ALCA members. New slides have been added to our Slide Deck. See them below. For next week we've teed up some assumed needs we can carry into a meeting with a GCM and the questions we can ask to uncover *Specific Needs *and how we can solve them. Never forget to insist on a return on your investment in time and $$. Also, remember to always talk about them and their residents/patients/clients and not you or TheKey! We are the solution not the focus! If you want to appear different from your competition? You have to act differently than them!
