A couple of questions: 1. Yesterday I drove to the office. While there I took one 20 minute phone call with an SLC that I had reached out to. This was a non SAP account... But I had to figure out if they might be. They aren't Chuck and I both agree. The info was entered and the event was completed (another 10 minutes). Question: Because this was non-SAP, is it showing up as an event for me? 2. Chuck and I spent at least an hour reviewing and updating the slide deck I will be presenting to the IG Wealth advisors. Should that be logged somewhere? So, considering the travel time and just those 2 things, that accounted for 2 hours of my day. Time management is critical, but how should I log these activities?
