Here are more 2 exemptions for the Montreal office that I am asking for. 1A. *Client =3D *Emma Canci and Angelo Pozzebon and *SOC =3D* December 27th= , 2025 1B. *Exemption Reason:* Client has had a lot of turnover on the weekends (9 different caregivers in a 1 year span) and believes a 4% increase is excessive to the level of care he has received. *Proposed Solution:* I propose we should put in the 4% increase rate for the weekday caregivers (67 hours weekly) and once we have 3 months of stability over the weekend (47 hours) we will do another increase. 1C. *Tier =3D * 1 and *Hours per Week *=3D 115 Hours 1D. *Current Rate =3D* $36 per hour, *Market Rate =3D* $36 per hour, and *Margin =3D *46% 1E. *Lifetime Value =3D *$185,292 and *Weekly Billing Rate* =3D $4,140 2A. *Client =3D *George and Sonia Madrinkian and *SOC =3D* March 3rd, 2025 2B. *Exemption Reason:* Client has been at 20 hours per week and as of September 20th, 2025 they grew to 84 hours per week due to a reassessment. The son is furious that he received an increase after adding 60 hours. He gave us a score of 3 in Medallia and is nitpicking every aspect of our services. We are working with the family but keeping the rate as is would go a long way. 2C. *Tier =3D * 1 and *Hours per Week *=3D 84 hours per week 2D. *Current Rate =3D* $36 per hour, *Market Rate =3D* $36 per hour, and *Margin =3D * 2E. *Lifetime Value =3D *$29,880 and *Weekly Billing Rate* =3D $3,024 Thank you, Joey Taylor *Directeur G=C3=A9n=C3=A9ral/**General Manager* 514-907-5065 TheKey.ca [image: TheKey] --0000000000005d88b20642ef6243 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hey Chris, Hope you are well!!
