The trip was a success and has opened many promising opportunities for caregiver recruitment in the area. During our visit, we met with *eight potential partner organizations*: - *Three educational institutions* offering the RCA program. These schools expressed strong interest in partnering with us to recruit their student= s and alumni. They were enthusiastic about organizing dedicated job fairs exclusively for The Key, where we could meet and hire their candidates directly. - *Five community resources* that serve new immigrants and individuals with prior caregiving experience seeking employment. The reception at th= ese organizations was equally positive, with many contacts eager to collabor= ate and share referrals. In total, we connected with approximately *12=E2=80=9315 individuals* who a= re motivated to support us in sourcing qualified caregivers. The small gifts and branded items we brought=E2=80=94including swag bags and chocolates=E2= =80=94were very well received and helped to create a warm and memorable impression. I would like to extend my gratitude to: - *Maria*, our Victoria caregiver manager, who coordinated the trip logistics and kindly drove us to each visit. - *Anna*, our caregiver ambassador, whose consistent participation in recruiting events continues to strengthen our outreach efforts. Overall, this was a highly productive and successful trip. We are now looking forward to building on these new partnerships, receiving caregiver resumes, and exploring opportunities to host recruitment events in Victoria= . Thank you all for your continued support. Please don=E2=80=99t hesitate to = reach out if you have any questions.
