This December, we're launching a new platform that makes it easier to recognize and celebrate our caregivers for milestones, referrals, and going above and beyond. US offices will go live December 1, with Canada's rollout date coming soon. Early results from our Bay Area offices have been really encouraging, with time to first shift cut in half and 43 new hires from referrals alone. Hourly team members and Caregivers working overnight shifts that span the time change will work one additional hour (for example, a shift from 8:00 pm Saturday to 8:00 am Sunday will equal 13 hours instead of 12), and regular overtime rules will apply. Daily shift (live-in) Caregivers will be paid their normal hours regardless of the time change.
