As we grow, I want to ensure we present a united front and protect the brand we've worked hard to build. To keep our momentum going and ensure no one is left "out of the loop", I have a few quick process updates: *Referral Outs and Salesforce* When you send a referral out, please CC me on the email. This helps me maintain continuity when the partner reaches out to me directly. Also, let's make sure these are logged in Salesforce. It's one of our best tools for proving our value to partners. (Note: I've already logged the recent referral out today after hearing about it from the referral source.) If anyone needs a quick refresher on the logging process, just give me a shout - I'm happy to walk thru it with you. *Ok, no problem, team will continue to send referral infofrmation if applicable, they will send you an email, if you can add to SF.
