Your feedback continues to shape the way we improve the platform to better support your day-to-day work. We had a strong response rate, and your input has provided meaningful insights into what=E2=80=99s working well and where we can do better. Below= is a summary of the key findings comparing our Q4 2024 results to our Q4 2025 results: Areas of Progress Since Last Survey: - *Significant Jump in Support Satisfaction:* The average satisfaction with support when encountering issues increased dramatically from *3.57 to 4.52*, reflecting the team's commitment to quicker responses and more effective assistance. - *Higher Day-to-Day Satisfaction:* Overall satisfaction with Salesforce in supporting your daily business processes increased from *3.39 to 3.90= * . - *Enhancements & Communication:* Satisfaction with project involvement and communication grew from *3.49 to 3.71*, showing positive growth in how we collaborate on new features. What=E2=80=99s Working Well: Users provided excellent feedback regarding the *team=E2=80=99s responsiven= ess and speed*. Specifically, the "Open Office Hours" and the quick turnaround on support tickets were highlighted as major wins. Many users noted that the team is "helpful anytime" and appreciated the "hand-in-hand" collaboration on integration projects. Where We Can Improve: The top areas for improvement remain focused on *ease of use* and *efficiency*. While scores improved, users still find certain documentation processes "tedious" and requested a more streamlined experience to reduce manual work. Integration with Wellsky continues to be a priority, particularly around account conversion and data flow to reduce duplication.
