This will be a reset meeting and a time to meet with me. On another note please see below. Linda is a recent SOC at Milwaukee Catholic Home and Ashley recently reached out with the 7-day and almost 30-day check-ins, and this is what was sent to her. Just a FYI. I spoke with this lead as well and the same sentiment was communicated to me. I asked for a Google review and educated him regarding the Medallia Surveys he will receive as well. ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Ashley Alford Date: Thu, Mar 5, 2026 at 9:48=E2=80=AFAM Subject: Fwd: Feedback To: Amelia Howard ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Date: Wed, Mar 4, 2026 at 8:40=E2=80=AFPM Subject: RE: Feedback To: Ashley Alford See replies inline below! Hi Bill, I was hoping to get your feedback on Linda's recent start of care with me as the care manager. The questions below are just guides; I really just need some honest feedback How do you feel the assessment went? Was I personable and professional? Was the care-plan created with the areas discussed during the assessment/ How is my communication? Bill: I think the assessment was very thorough and the resulting care plan was an accurate representation of that assessment. You are very personable and easy to talk to, and your empathy for our situation is obvious and very much appreciated. Given that Linda=E2=80=99s care is so highly complex, I would expect revisi= ons to be necessary around the edges. You have been open to and supportive of care plan tweaks by a detail-oriented engineer. It feels like a teamwork approach, which is a welcome relief after our previous caregiver organization. Would you recommend me to other residents looking for care? Bill: I already have! How have things been since the caregiver intro? Bill: Things were a little rough with Chris Barnett and I think she wasn=E2= =80=99t a good match for us. After just one day I can already tell that Adaeja is a better fit and much easier to get along with. We=E2=80=99ll see how she evo= lves in the role. Ashley Rozinski might not be the best match in terms of Linda=E2=80=99s int= erests and hobbies, but she is a breath of fresh air in that what you see is what you get - no false fronts, and you know exactly where she=E2=80=99s coming = from. Maybe another way to say it is that she is very transparent in her intentions, and that is very valuable to me personally. She is very easy to get along with and has a sense of humor. Her empathy is also very clear. --=20 *Ashley Alford* CSM/ Caregiver Manager | *TheKey* Mobile: 414-704-3806 Virus-free.www.avg.com --=20 *Ashley Alford* CSM/ Caregiver Manager | TheKey Mobile: 414-704-3806 --000000000000429420064c49acf7 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Tim and Earl, Ashl
