I want to recognize and thank you all for your strong focus and actions taken over the past few months to develop and drive growth strategies for each of our large sites. The intent of this exercise was to have you all, as a team, challenge yourselves to strategize and think beyond the basics to find paths to growth. Growing business gets harder the larger you are, and as our anchor large sites, representing over 50% of our total revenue, you have both the biggest challenges and the biggest opportunities. It requires focus and execution in a lot of areas. When I reflect on our first couple of growth calls, you were really just reporting facts with little to no plans for growth. But over the past few months, you have really shaped into a collaborative, growth minded, cohesive group that leverages a broader actions. Not just HCL dependent growth activites. The GMs have gotten out of their comfort zones to join networks or relevant social clubs, host open houses, lean into our GCM partnerships, attend after hours events and many other activities. You have also looked deeper inward for opportunities for growth, such as assessment to conversion, intentional QA visits that identify opportunites to increase hours, consistent winback efforts, focus on retention and and maintaing quality contact with clients or potential clients while waiting discharge from rehabs and hospitals. The sales leadership has been much more intentional and focused on directing the HCLs to fish where the fish are. There is clearly more focus on doing the right activities in the right places. And more strategic approaches to driving deeper relationships with our referral partners. The RDOs and RDBDs have become more strategic and taken a a team approach to growth. As leaders, you have demonstrated that growth is a must and we have to always be finding ways to support that growth. As a team your probability of success increases exponentially than if you were just working as individuals. The team approach scales and will impact all of your sites as long as you stay commited to working this way. After the first of the year we will get into a Monthly Operating Review cadence by region. This will include all sites in each region and will be more of a productive 360 degree view of sites progress and opportunities. The MORs will include growth, operating efficiency (financial) and quality indicators that will be reviewed monthly. Thank you all for your dedication, commitment to action and focus and please continue the efforts. -C On Wed, Dec 3, 2025 at 10:27=E2=80=AFAM John Champagne wrote: > Good afternoon, > > The Weekly Growth Review summary has been updated for large sites in > the East/Can divisions.
