Question: Since the Keys are gone, we need a specific AEBITDA Target % at which 100% of the Target Bonus is paid. Is that 25.5% for Cin and 21.8% for Cleve? Also, We will be using live Data and Analytics dashboards showing performance and payout #s updated daily. Then, when all the books are closed, we will post something to the effect of "Bonuses are Final." Then, the employee filters on their name in the Tableau dashboard, downloads, and prints if they like it. So, no more time consuming Excel bonus calculations, proof production, or distribution. The dashboards are the one-stop incentive system. We will still have to create the formal Plan Documents outside of D & A's Tableau system.
