As you know Laura and I found a great one in Emily. March is her first goal month and she=E2=80=99s had 4 client starts and the office as whole had 13 with a= 14th slated to start today. That is a 250% lift over our client start average. We are always focused on Tier 1 and all of our activities are based acquiring more. With that said revenue trumps everything and we are growing in the right direction. Laura has embraced the new client start quality follow up process and the team is following suit.
