--000000000000a079e6064a30032a Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary="000000000000a079e0064a300329" --000000000000a079e0064a300329 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Hi all and Happy Friday! -We are pleased to announce a few new enhancements to the Quality Dashboard, which we feel will increase visibility into overall metric adherence and reduce frequently reported instances of confusion.Quality Composite Metric: The Dashboard will now include a Quality Composite Metric and will default to this as the first visible metric upon login. The Composite is a simple average of CG Intro, 24 Hour Check-in, 7-Day Check-in, & 14-Day Check-in. Users can also click into data elements on the trend view or rank view and drill to client level detail for all 4 metrics that comprise the quality composite score: [image: image.png][image: image.png] -John and the data team have also updated cases where previously, metrics with 0 eligible (denominator) clients were evaluating to a rate of 0%. In these cases, we are now showing blank instead of 0%:[image: image.png] -Additionally we wanted to provide some clarity around this top bar on the Dashboard: [image: image.png] The scores in this bar will always reflect the most recent period of eligible data, irrespective of the dates selected. Regardless if you have selected multiple months to view or created a custom date range to view a specific set of data, this top bar will still reflect the most recent period of data, and will correspond to the aggregation type selected (either most recent month, week or day). This definition, and the definition of the composite score, has been added to the info bubble at the top of the dashboard: [image: image.png] Audra and I are working on a FAQ sheet that will house a lot of this information as we continue to have enhancements or changes to the dashboard.
